This policy explains what personal information Alpha Active Technology L.L.C (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. It is written with reference to UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. When you submit the enquiry form, that is:

• your name;
• your email address;
• your phone number and company name, if you provide them;
• the service you selected and the message you wrote.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Why we use it

Enquiry details are used for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if it leads somewhere, to prepare a proposal. If you become a client, the same details may be used to administer the engagement.

Who it is shared with

Your enquiry is delivered to our own mailbox. We use third-party providers for website hosting and email delivery, which process the data on our behalf under their own security obligations. We do not share enquiry details with any other party unless we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are retained for up to 24 months, then deleted. Records relating to an active or past client engagement are kept for as long as UAE commercial and tax law requires.

Your rights

You may ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you;
• correct anything that is inaccurate;
• delete your information, where we have no legal obligation to keep it;
• stop using your information for a particular purpose.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser may store a preference for light or dark appearance locally on your own device; that preference never reaches our servers.

Security

Data submitted through this site is transmitted over an encrypted connection. We apply the same access controls and monitoring to our own systems that we recommend to clients — but no system is absolutely secure, and we will tell you promptly if an incident affects your information.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and revise the date at the top.
